Ta da! This is officially my 1000 post on Monablog. How exciting is this? Well, really it is no surprise that I could actually be this wordy and write about the trivial of everyday life with a few interesting thoughts thrown in from time to time.
Of course this calls for a celebration. And if you've read Monablog for any amount of time, you know how I like to celebrate...at the Nord. So, I am going to do a Nordstrom gift card give away. Please comment on the blog, please be nice...and on April 1, we will do a drawing for a $100.00 gift card. Whoo Hooo!

Wow, 1000! I can barely count that high! I enjoy your blog and really enjoyed the story of the guy who tried to pick you up at the Christian bookstore. Well I, for one, am SUPER impressed that you have posted 1000blogs!!! That is a huge accomplishment, and congratulations as well as lunch out are in order to celebrate! Also, I would like to note that I had lunch at the Nord just today. I don't know whether that counts as two entries into your giveaway, but you can't blame a girl for trying. :) Keep up the good work!

Anyway, I wanted to say MANY congratulations on your 1000 posts!! That is a ginormous accomplishment! Hi Nancy. I love to read your blog posts. I have not shopped at Nords until last week up in Frisco, tx. I think I could like it and your gift card could really help out a girl from Tomball! I could use it to buy a pair of Toms ...need some comfy flats to wear to church on Sundays where I serve in HFBC special needs ministry....gotta have comfy and quick footwear!
